GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1 – Scope of application:
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to orders for products made on the online shop www.greatfull.fashion belonging to GREATFULL SA (hereinafter the online shop).
By placing an order with the online shop, the customer declares that he/she expressly accept the application of these general terms and conditions without reservation.
2 – Ordering :
2.1. By placing an order with the online shop, the customer declares that he/she exercise his/her civil rights and confirms that the data provided, such as address, etc. are correct.
2.2. The online shop reserves the right to refuse an order without giving any reason. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments refunded.
3 – Conclusion of contract :
3.1. The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded between the online shop and the Customer as soon as the online shop confirms the order in writing. The confirmation is sent to the Customer by e-mail.
3.2. The online shop accepts no liability for the fact that a product ordered can no longer be delivered due to lack of available stock, additional supplies or production.
3.3. The online shop is free to discontinue or change the products offered at any time.
4 – Prices
4.1. The sale prices of the products are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) or in euros (EUR). They include VAT.
4.2. The price displayed at the time of ordering applies.
4.3. The Online Shop may change product prices at any time without notice.
5 – Terms of payment :
5.1. The online shop accepts the following methods of payment: – VISA, MASTERCARD, TWINT or PAYPAL.
5.2. The customer will be debited when the order is placed. In the event of a refund, the amount of the transaction will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
5.3. The online shop is not responsible for any costs related to a debit.
6 – Delivery charges and delivery times :
6.1. Delivery is free of charge.
6.2. The online shop reserves the right to divide an order into packages or to group together several orders in the same package with the same delivery address.
6.3. Delivery times are indicated when the order is validated. These times are given purely as an indication and do not constitute a commitment. The customer is obliged to accept any delivery, even if the delivery is received after the deadline indicated.
6.4. Failure to meet a deadline does not give the customer any rights against the online online shop.
6.5. Products are dispatched once payment has been received from the Customer.
7 – Transfer of risk :

8.2. In the case of partial deliveries, the period begins to run on receipt of each parcel.
8.3. Returns are free of charge within Switzerland. In order to be able to make the free return and receive the voucher for the free return by post, the customer can contact the online shop by sending a message via the contact form form under the heading “contact”. The online shop will send the return label by email or post depending on the customer’s request.
8.4. Returns from Switzerland are free of charge only in the event of an article being different from the one ordered, in the event of a non-ordered item or in the event of receipt of a defective item. In all other cases, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.
8.5. Outside Switzerland, the cost of returning products for exchange is borne by the customer.
8.6. Products returned or exchanged must be intact and complete, in their original packaging with the label present on the garment. If the returned or exchanged items do not meet the above mentioned conditions, the online shop is entitled to return the goods to the customer and charge him for it. In this case, delivery costs may be charged to the customer.
9 – Verification of products :
9.1. he customer must inspect the products within 2 days of receipt and must immediately notify the online shop of any defects or damage to the product. In the absence of notification by the Customer within the 2 days, the products are deemed to have been received in good condition, without defect or damage.
9.2 If a non-apparent defect is found, the customer must immediately notify the online shop of the defect as soon as it is discovered. The Customer’s rights will be forfeited in the event of late notification.

10.1. When orders are placed, the customer’s personal details are collected and are subject to computer processing.
10.2. The online shop ensures that customer data is processed in accordance with current legislation.
